Terms and Conditions for Homeglow Plumbing & Gas Services Ltd.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a job with Homeglow Plumbing & Gas Services Ltd. Accepting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Annual Gas Servicing

When we perform an annual gas service, we aim to ensure that your boiler works safely and correctly. We assume that your boiler is fault-free before the service. If any faults are discovered after the service, these will be considered separate from the servicing visit, and we accept no liability for such issues. If you know of any faults before the service, please inform us before booking the job.

General Repairs and Installations

We guarantee the work we undertake for general repairs and installations. However, please note that some components may need to be disturbed during the repair process. Any defects or issues arising from this disturbance, which are not related to the installation or repair we agreed to perform, will be chargeable.

Boiler Repairs

We guarantee the work we undertake for boiler repairs. As with general repairs, some components may need to be disturbed during the repair process. Any defects or issues arising from this disturbance unrelated to the repair we agreed to perform will be chargeable.

New Boiler Installations

We guarantee the work we undertake for new boiler installations. Similar to other services, some components may need to be disturbed during installation. Any defects or issues arising from this disturbance that are unrelated to the installation we agreed to perform will be chargeable.

Payment and Cancellation

Full payment is due upon completion of the job. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment in case of cancellation. Please do so to avoid a cancellation fee of the total amount.

Limitation of Liability

Homeglow Plumbing & Gas Services Ltd.’s liability for any damage or loss arising from our services shall be limited to the cost of the services provided. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
